Objectives of this role:

This is an entry level position. You will support our commercial plumbing team with administrative responsibilities while seeking opportunities to organize and maintain the department needs. In this role, there is opportunity to learn and grow into more advanced roles with GUNTHERS.

Administrative Plumbing Assistant Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining core system as it relates to commercial plumbing jobs
Enter and track change orders and assist in billing
Purchase orders and purchase order tracking/inventory management
Sub-contractor coordination
Weekly hours analysis
Communication with general contractors
Plumbing plan takeoff via software
Peer review of plumbing takeoff's and bid proposals
Prepare written bid proposals
Contract Review for Compliance
Additional duties and office tasks as assigned from management

Administrative Plumbing Assistant Qualifications

Organized and detail oriented
Exceptional time management
Professional and friendly
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other internet-based software
Ability to keep company and partner confidences
Follows GUNTHERS dress and appearance standards. GUNTHERS is a smoke-free and drug-free environment; no smoking or vaping.
